Don't know the name, but pretty sure both the unknown female cels are from Shadow Skill.

Nick is right. Thats the OVA version of Fia Arcana appeared in the shadow skill ova ep 1-3. The Ova character design is quite different than the series.

thanks fpr the replies! someone also told me the kid with a robot and the OP cl is Baangan. i tried looking around but couldnt figure out what that anime is..
