Rinkya on vacation?
I've emailed them a few times these past 2 weeks about my move and an item that has not shown up in their warehouse yet but have never received a reply. I was just wondering if they are on vacation or anything like that which would cause them to not respond to my emails.
I emailed them once about their site not taking me to auction links and having the page say "This page can not be displayed" everytime that I clicked on a link to an auction page. They never did respond and I emailed them a month or two ago. Of coarse the site is fixed now, but they still never responded!

There's often a delay or no reply when sending messages via the forms on the website, but emailing Laurel, Heather or Elaine directly works fine- they're often prompt at replying too.
I'm still waiting to hear about 2 hanken sketches I paid for months ago- they've apparently not been received at the warehouse and I'm left in limbo
Perhaps Rinkya is working on it, I just haven't been informed.
