Question about Ebay seller

Hi everyone! I'm new to the boards here, and just started cel collecting the beginning of this year.

But I do have a question...

I've made three purchases from an Ebayer with the name of Kenshinmoon. Two of those purchases were made almost a month ago. I do realize that we did have two hurricanes down here in FL (I'm probably only located about an hour north of him), but it's been almost a month and I have not received the first two cels I bought from him. I made timely payment (the same day I won the auction), and in his auction it stated that timely shipment would be made now that the power is back on.

I was wondering if anyone else has been having trouble with him? I'm extremely patient, but when someone decides to hide his feedback profile, then I start to worry a bit.

Am I overreacting? Let me know what you guys think! Thank you!

I looked them up on ebay, as the name sounds familiar. They have a 96.4% positive feedback rating. I don't know if this help you feel a little more secure. Have you contacted them with your concerns?

I pretty sure that person also has a beta membership, because she posted a for sale topic here. A few months back I sold some douga/genga sets to that person. 2 or so weeks later no payment. After I filed a non-paying bidder report, then payment was made. I don't know if it makes a difference, but i'll see if I can figure out the beta name for you.

I've had a transaction with kenshinmoon before. She was the buyer of one of my auctions. The transaction went fine for me. Only thing was that I had sent emails using my yahoo account and she had hotmail. I think it was set for emails to be received as spam. When I sent email using my alternative email address, she had received them fine and paid the next day.

Thanks everyone! I did contact (e-mail) her several times, different days, but never got a response back. That's why I was growing a little concerned.

I did get one e-mail back after two weeks after the first auction, telling her that I haven't received it and I bought another cel from her and that if she could combine shipping that would be great. She replied that she completely missed the first cel and will ship the two cels together ASAP. But that was on the 5th of this month.

But thank you so much for helping! I understand her feedback was rather high, that's why I thought bidding on her auctions would be ok.

By the way, I LOVE your cel gallery (having Jupiter on your banner rocks) I REALLY LOVE that cel of Jupiter from the Stars OP that you recently added... she's GORGEOUS ^-^

Hi!
I bought three cels from her private party.

The first was said to be shipped 9/18 (pd 9/18).
The second was said to be shipped 9/21 (pd 9/21)
The third (pd 9/23) hasn't been shipped.

Today (9/30) the second (and cheapest) package arrived.

I'm a really nervous because I've seen posts about this a few different places...but one cel arrived, so I'm feeling a little better.

PLMK if you're items arrive.

I'm gonna be SO heartbroken if my other two don't arrive. I already have an appointment to have them framed.

I've received three out of the four packages. One of the first packages arrived two weeks ago (one I paid for on Sept. 19), the cel was missing its sketch, so I e-mailed her and told her about it. She says that she will ship out ASAP, but it doesn't get sent out for a while. The one I paid for on the 12th didn't arrive until yesterday.

So to ease everyone, I guess they will come but shipping is indeed very slow. I hope everyone gets their packages! ^^

I bought the Sailor Jupiter cel of her being attacked by the Doom & Gloom Girls and SSJ4 sketch of Vegeta. I want them both so bad! LOL.

I've noticed that the Ebay name went bye bye, which is why I was growing so concerned. I don't know why someone would do that while they still had transactions going on. Good luck everyone!
