I like about all of the Dragonball Z characters hairs, but I really like the hair of Broly in Dragonball Z, like the one on my link under. And also Trunks

I'm sure I'm leaving someone important out, but three anime characters that come to my mind for their hair and/or eye color are:

1. Sugintou in Rozen Maiden:

I like her white hair, red eyes and black and white clothing.

Granny's last transformation on the last episode from Gokudo - her gold eyes and multi hues of blue are so beautiful to me!

The most ugliest hair would be Kei from Pretear - I know he's a self absorbed egomaniac, but the hair is ridiculous...

I love Hinoto's white hair and red eyes. They match her kimono so that her overall colors are red, gold, black, silver and white.

For guys, definately Sephiroth (FF:AC)- grey/white hair and turqoise eyes.
