Anime You Recommend

Hi

I want to start watch a new anime series but I don’t know which one so could I please have some recommendations, thank you, anyway these are the anime series that I have watched so far

Tenchi Muyo
Tenchi Universe
Tenchi In Tokyo
Tenchi Muyo GXP
All 3 Tenchi films
DBZ
Cowboy Bebop
Blue Sub 6

well Im sort of new to watching other series besides DBZ

but I am currently watching Kenshin and loving it! I also have Fullmetal Alchemist and Naruto waiting for me once I finish kenshin, I think any of those are a great choice

Its too great to miss. Trust me.
Also, Naruto is a great anime from what ive seen so far. Inuyasha looks pretty good too.(I've seen about 2 episodes though BUT it was entertaining).

If you can find 'em , I strongly recommend some earlier series :
Captain Harlock, Cobra, Saint Seiya...

Well, lets see. I'm sure many people on this board would tell you that Ranma 1/2 is a comedy classic. I've never known anyone to not like it.
On a more serious note, Vampire Princess Miyu (both incarnations) is a good supernatural drama/horror show. Also, Escaflowne and Fushigi Yugi are classics in the fantasy field.
You really can't go wrong with any of those.

I would recommend...

Naruto - action, comedy, adventure, and a whole lot more
Fruits Basket - cute, comedy, romance
Azumanga Daioh - comedy

So many to recommend

!! In the recent stuff, Naruto, FMA and Inuyasha are not to miss. However, IY and FMA are quite long, so settle with FMA if you like shorter animes (2 seasons). I also think that Samurai Champloo is well appreciated, although I am about to watch it, so I can't comment on it yet.

Then, a little older and more on the comedy side, you have Fruits Basket and Love Hina, Fruits Basket having a very strong storyline.

In the classics field, Escaflowne and FY are IMO not to miss. And as a CLAMP fan, I cannot forget to recommend X/1999.

If I had to settle with just one, I'd recommend FMA, everything in it is awesome : the plot, the characters, the music. There's action and comedy and drama and it's really good

How could I forget Samurai Champloo?

And Haibane Renmei! I'm glad you'll get a chance to watch it. It has really smooth animation and really good character designs IMO.

ummm... My list could be quite long so bear with me. ^_^

-Outlaw Star - Spacey type "adventure" series, got action, and quite a bit of humour... definitely worth watching 26 eps.
-ArgentoSoma - Pretty good show here, wonderful character designs, i love Ryu Soma. Plenty of action, and all the alien butt-kicking you can stand.

25 eps.
-YuYu Hakusho - I think you can still find this on CN... my work schedule leaves me a lil time for watching CN anymore. =( The series is looong, but definately worth checking out. Lots of action, though the 1st couple episodes are a lil slow... but once Yusuke meets up w/Botan things get a lil intresting. worth checking out.
-Trigun - Sci-fi, western, action-comedy anime at it's best!

Ya can't go wrong with Vash and Wolfwood. 1/2 of the series is a lil more 'light-hearted and fun' for lack of better terminology, second 1/2 is a lot more series. ?? eps (i don't own the series yet.

)
-Anything from Studio Ghibli/Miyazaki - Miyazaki's work is just fantastic... my favorites so far have been Castle in the Sky and Nausicaa, but they are all, SO SO good, 1/2 my anime movies so far are from Studio Ghibli.
-Ghost in the Shell - Wow, this movie is just amazing. Good action, good story. Gotta love the Major.
-Jin-Roh: the wolf brigade - A modern retelling of Little Red Ridinghood, in its most basic form... but so much better. Good animation, killer designs, great story.
-Cowboy Bebob : the movie - I'm guessing the Cowboy Bebop in your list was the show?? If ya like the show, definitely want to see the movie, its just as good.

There's more... but I won't list, i'm sure i could go on and on. hehehe ^_^ good luck, hope ya find some more anime ya enjoy watching. =D
