I'm sure there probably is some available overseas, but as far as U.S. releases (er. . . imports) of anything besides the manga, there's nothin' . . . yet.

I have been enjoying "Bleach" for a while now. I was watching "Naruto" and quit watching it because I found "Bleach" more interesting...

I am finding that it has the same problem that "Naruto" does, too much flashback. Because of this, I have been waiting until I have 3-4 to watch before proceeding with the series...

I think that Kon is the coolest character in the series so far. I also find myself liking Renji quite a bit...

I know they're not always the cheapest source for plushies, but Wizzywig already has them available for pre-order, along with the various keychains and figures.

I'm losing track of who is who. I need to print out a hierarchy chart.

In the manga did they ever mention Rukia's seat number in the 13th squad?

Apparently she was fourth or below, but I've never heard her number mentioned.

I'd ask this question on a certain Bleach Forum, but the moderator there often erases people's posts stiffling discussions.

Aghhh... been away for a loong time... well was on a downloading binge.. heheheheeee... got myself over 30Gig of anime and roughtly 8Gig of manga.

Anyway am a big fan of Bleach... to be honest I personally favour it over Naruto. I started Bleach with the manga.. I think the scalations are up to volume 14 now... so when I started watching the anime (fansubbed up to ep30 now) it was with a more critical eye. And overall I think I prefer the manga, just funnier and more detail, but the anime is still *very* good indeed.

In the manga did they ever mention Rukia's seat number in the 13th squad?

I belive she was 3rd, after the capitain and vice capitan.

Anyway... to those who havent gotten this series yet (in whichever form).. GO AND GET IT!!

I'm doing what I can to spread the fervor.
I just loaned out my five manga to one of the kids that always come by to borrow stuff, and the guy I swap anime with was intrigued when he saw my Ichigo statue at work...
Sloooowly, the folks here too will know Ichigo!!!

Definately read the manga, I find the manga is way more in debth, and the story flow is just better in it... also although I think the anime is one of the best, if not the best, manga adaptation it still skips some minor points that I wish it didnt, and it sometimes kind of looses focus from things that the manga really focuses on. To get a good feel for the manga get the scalations.. they are free.. and of rather good quality both in picture and in translation.. and they are up to volume 14 as opposed to the rather pathetic volume 5 that the printed versions are up to.

Which brings me to a rather off topic question. How frequently are manga volues released? Is it once a month or more frequently?

I hope its more frequently then once a month.. because if not then to buy the official printed version of the manga (which I actually prefer to a scalation) of the current volume the manga is at I will have to wait 8 months!!!! and to buy the last volume probably around 2 years. Someone should give the UK/US manga publishers a kick.----rant over

Where o where can I find scanlations?
I've picked up a couple on ebay for other manga (Angel Sanctuary and Kenshin), but haven't seen any for Bleach yet...

Side note: the kid I loaned the five manga to, brought them back tonight, then came back five minutes later to borrow them again!

I get the feeling those are changing hands quite a few times...
