How many cels do you have?

Well about how many because i know some people have alot and dont have time to count it.

I personally have 16 but am selling 5 and hopefully getting a great cel with that money.

My sister and I share a collection, so do we count sharing as one person? Because the number gets bigger or smaller by a lot in that case.

I think between myself and 4_degree (since our galleries are combined) we have about 40 cels... (with a new one just arriving today). But.. we also have a whole bunch of new stuff still en route, so.. that number will get a lot higher pretty soon.

1318+ items in our gallery, but some are genga & douga, and in some places we have extra related cels as additional thumbnails once you look at a cel, so lets just say a lot.

A lot. About 600-700 I think. I'm not sure, because I haven't counted in a while. Sounds like a good weekend project. In respons to Gabe's answer, I have a habit of buying inexpensive cels and large sets from auctions, and I keep them in the back of my closet. I need more file books.

Edit: Actually, a lot more than that. Looking at my old posts, last time we had a thread like this last November I counted over 800. So by now I'm probably getting close to 900. I shouldn't even think about it.

I've been collecting cels since i was 14, so for the past 6 years. I only picked up one or two during the past two years because I was in college, but after making some money I started it up again and have picked up around 30 or more this month. (Keep in mind I own three cel sequences) And I also sold cheap cels for lucrative offers. I was younger and poorer. I wish I could go buy them back, but alas I can not.

306 cels and over 21k comics.

How do I find them?
Everything is arrange alphabetically.
Where do you put them?
I have a room set aside as a library where the walls are basically covered
with bookcases (for the comics).
The cels are in Itoya portfolios hidden safely away from you guys.
Is that ridiculous?
Probably, but so what?
