I think cloud is perfect just the way he is. I like him and is dress. As for the image change, I don't see a need for improvement. I love his little dance
become as much a part of you as the mysterious dress and I can not imagine him without GIR dancing away seems very nice to me too.

As Magician said - Dancing Gir would be in his Sig - so he'd definitely still be there
His responses wouldn't change - and we'd be very super extremely picky with the new design of his looks - people here who have a knack for art\ animated gifs would come up with something - we'd vote for the one that we think is the best...
Even then - the final one may not be put up - if a majority of people didn't want it. You never know what someone may come up with here - Would be cool to at least see
