Picollo and Kami (refusion i supose)
Picollo and nail
old kai and witch
kubito kai (not sure of spelling)

even though its only in Goku's imagination the Goku/Mr Satan fusion.

yeah i think it's

piccolo and nail
piccolo and kami
old kai and witch
kabito kai (supreme kai and Kabito)
Gotenks, fat, skinny and normal
Vegetto
and SSJ4 Gogeta....

i think that counts... buu's are absoprtion not fusion really...

is that it? Gogeta isn't in the series (SSJ version).

There are a few others - though they don't actually happen in real life (in the series) - you do none-the-less see the outcome of that fusion...

I don't remember that... just remember piccolo and goku and piccolo and krillin demonstrating the fusion dance to trunks and goten. Maybe that's what your thinking of? I don't remember them showing what they'd look like.

Chibi Trunks + Goten = Gotenks(Fusion Dance)
Gokou + Vegeta = Gogeta(Fusion Dance)
Gokou + Vegeta = Vegetto(Potara Fusion)
Nail + Piccolo = Piccolo(Namek Fusion)
Kami + Piccolo = Piccolo(Namek Fusion)

Unsuccessful/Imagined Fusions

Chibi Trunks + Goten = Fat Gotenks(Fusion Dance)
Chibi Trunks + Goten = Old Man Gotenks(Fusion Dance)
Gokou + Dende = Denderotto(Fusion Dance)
