Who are "They? "

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I would advise posting the number here. For one, the company can sue you for slandering since they have yet to give their fair side of the story. Two, it could be harassment back to them.
Reason I mention this is that there was (is) another forum I haunt and they got locked down for a while and eventually just had the posts removed. Sucked since nobody knew what the heck was going on till afterwards.
Good luck finding the idiot, probably some temp agency twit.

It is indeed unacceptable what some people think they are allowed to do from a safe distance, hiding behind the phone.
I've started to take a different approach towards telemarketeers : have fun with them.
- ask them to spell EVERYTHING.
- pretend there are seven of you at home and each time give the phone to someone else, using a different voice.
- do the same using the same voice.
- pretend the have reached a call centre : "your call is important to us". "your call may be monitored for training purposes."
etc...
it works for me.

The Doctor : … and then, just to finish off, I’m going to wipe every last stinking Dalek out of the sky !
Dalek : But you have no weapons ! No defenses ! No plan !
The Doctor : Yeah ! And doesn’t that scare you to death ?

I've said nothing about the company itself, just the goober who called me, and I've posted nothing identifying them.yoshito wrote:I would advise posting the number here. Plus based on your slander debate wouldn't it be wise NOT to post the number which would identify them?
