Right now I'm bored as I update pix on my gallery. I thought I'd make this topic to amuse myself and hopefully you will be amused as well.
I try to visit A-B at least once a day during my work days. Then on Sun, Mon, and Tues (my off days) I will sit at the computer 24-7 if my butt can handle it and read articles as I surf the net while listening to Japan-a-Radio. Also during that time I will look at A-B every 5 minutes, lol. Page refreshed and refreshed again!
The days I am at home, beta gets checked. So, under normal circumstances, I'm swing by on a daily bases.
When I'm in front of the computer, beta gets usually checked evey 30 - 45 minutes.
The Doctor : … and then, just to finish off, I’m going to wipe every last stinking Dalek out of the sky !
Dalek : But you have no weapons ! No defenses ! No plan !
The Doctor : Yeah ! And doesn’t that scare you to death ?
I usually check Beta at least twice a day --- morning and evening. But, on many days, I'll check it three or four times, particularly if I've gotten a lot of email messages regarding new posts being added. If I'm at the computer doing something (or trying to do something constructive --- let's be honest ... LOL), I'm like Gabe. I check it about every 30 minutes or so.
Hmmm ... seems like I'm on here a lot more than I should be, though, doesn't it?
You can spot the sados like us who have already posted to your thread Sugar
Typically I have Beta open in a browser window for about 9 or 10 hours a day, checking so frequently than I'd prefer not to imagine exactly how many times. Guess I don't help matters for the other keen visitors because I rarely post new threads- that'll change tomorrow, I have something in mind...
Way too often. At work (such as now), I check it when I'm waiting on runs
of programs to finish so that I can debug them. At home, I can check
frequently depending on my mood.
Do you often use a computer at work such as now I check it when I am waiting on runs
of programs to finish so that I can debug them?
The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I check beta 2 or 3 times a day depending on what I'm doing that day. If I have the day off with nothing to do, it might be more. But if I'm at work, I usually only get to check it once and that's when I get off work. (always exceptions)
That is a tough question. There are many times when I don't even log off lol. There are days that I literally live in Beta, and then my boyfriend pokes me on the side and tells me I need to huggle him or he's going to feel neglected........he's like a puppy dog, until a game is on
Lets see here... Morning (routine check during my news gathering), before lunch (to keep me awake), after lunch (to make sure I don't fall asleep), and before I leave for the day. If there's a hot topic moving pretty fast, might check it every hour.
Yeah... unless I actually have work, then it is once a day (mornings). Then at night before I log in to play.
It's good to know there are pplz like me visiting every millisecond!
We have 2 monitors and two towers that share the same mouse and keyboard. When I'm using one all i gotta do it double punch the 'scroll lock' button on the keyboard and it switches the mouse and keyboard over to the other computer. So while I'm downloading with the slower computer, for example, I can bounce over to the faster one, hit refresh, and check on anything new with Beta or surf the web. Technology is so usefull and so is my fiance for setting the computers up this way, lol!
Heh... let's just say I check here too often to claim I have any kind of a life.
Yep - even from work. My job has me typing most of the day, since I'm a writer, so... I just keep Beta open in the background and refresh. I also moderate on another (computer-related) forum, so I bounce between the two most of the day.
