Say hello to the newcomer!
Hello everyone!
Just thought I should introduce myself here. In fact some of you already know me as I have been posting on the animanga forum for over 5 years, but decided to come here only now.
So my name is Olivier, I am French and currently live in Tokyo. I started a new job in this city 2 weeks ago. I mainly collect Saint Seiya and X/1999 cels.
I already took advantage of one week-end to visit Mandarake Nakano and Shibuya. I realised that many cels never reach the online auctions, therefore one has to be physically there not to miss them. On top of this there is a quick turn-over: between Saturday and Sunday, many cels had gone, and new ones had arrived. I will go there as often as possible - not too often though, as this is each time 45 minutes subway + about $5...
I would be willing to get you people of this board cels you like in the shops here in Tokyo, if only I had a way to know what you are looking for when I see it. If you have an idea... The fact is appart from the series I collect from I am unable to determine if cels are worth it or not.
I would like to attach a couple of pics I took at the stores but can't find how to do it!
Regards,
Olivier

Hi Olivier, and welcome! If you need image hosting, go to www.photobucket.com It really couldn't be simpler to use. Lol! And be careful what you offer! Everyone here has a wishlist of cels they're aching to get their hands on.

The Doctor : Yeah ! And doesn’t that scare you to death ?

Hi there!

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
