Just think of all the money you'll save--and then throw right out when some shiny cel comes along.

At least cels don't smell funny.

Hey! Lightbulb! If you ever get a craving, you can take your mind off it by attempting to count your cels. I'm sure you've got enough to last you through many, many cravings.

Well worth the nasty effort. Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt, and yessir it is HARD. The effort, not the T-shirt, don't ya know.

It's been 20 years for me since my last one, and never a moment goes by that I don't think:

"How come I was healthier when I was a smoker than I am now?"

Seriously, that's a big step. Things taste better, smell better, and... well let me share this little tale: the year we got married I was still puffing away. We moved to a little farmhouse about 50 miles away from where we'd been living, and after I packed all the books and moved the bookcase there was a BROWN SPOT ON THE WALL IN THE SHAPE OF THE BOOKCASE. That is, any place not blocked by the books.

Gross, much? And just think of that lovely brown gunk going into the lungs...

It really wasn't long after we moved to the country that I quit.

Just don't do what I did and make oatmeal cookies to satisfy the urge to have something in the mouth

20 pounds later...

Yeah, another story: one of the guys that works here just got sent home with a "contract complete" even though he had another month left on it because he has lung cancer that has spread to his brain already, and they don't give him much longer to live.

So, GOOD ON YA!!! Keep on quitting!!!
