"Unknown" (the woman's chest with the open gray jumpsuit) is from Platinum Hugen Ordian. She's a character who's in only a couple of episodes; I can't remember her name

The horse and giraffe could possibly be from a Transformers anime (can't remember the title) where they all look like animals but transform to robots. Kinda like Beast Wars.

In this case, it's Beast Wars Neo. At least, I'm pretty sure it is. The style of animation is exactly the same, and I know there was a giraffe transformer in that show (who looked just like that). Anyway, I'm just seconding Sugarflower's guess. There's probably someone around who's familiar with the Japanese Transformer series.
I thought I remembered a giraffe from that show too. I had a friend who was obsessed with Transformers and was buying the bootleg vhs copies of NEO when it was first out. He totally burned Transformers into my brain, lol!
