Anyone have a copy of BT'X on DVD laying around?

I have been wanting to watch Bt'x (or is it B'tx?) for awhile now, but I can't find it anywhere! My normal cheapie ebay sources and amazon and half.com are all barren. Weird! Does anyone have a spare copy lying around that you wouldn't mind parting with? I love doing DVD swaps if you'd like to trade for something, or if you'd just like to do a trade of the discs for a bit of cashola, that would be fine too! Thanks!

You can download the whole thing on animesuki. Otherwise check ebay every now and then.

As for the title, I call it "B't X". It's clear where the ' goes but it's not always clear that there's a space there. Although, "B't" is a contraction of the word "Beat", that's why I add in the space. It just looks dumb saying BeatX; ya need the space. lol Just my dumb oppinion.

Thanks, Rekka! I always wondered how that was pronounced out loud.

And I've seen it written in a bunch of different ways. Never sure what the "real" way is! And for reasons too long to get in to, I dont' do downloads, so I'll just keep checking ebay.

And why is that surprising to you, Uen? Do you know somethin' about the show that I don't (and should!

Yeah, I've seen it written EVERY WAY possible. lol But I had to do an obligitory fangirl squee if you think my way of writing it may be the right way. haha You just made a crazed B't X fan very happy. heehee

And I'm not sure why Uende's surprised you're interested in the show, then again, I don't know what type of shows you typically watch; so I can't really say.

She's probably just surprised because I typically only watch a couple completely new shows each year! I find what I like, then I just watch it over and over and over. I'm a real anime slacker!!

Funny you should mention that, Gabe... part of the reason I like the look of the show is the "old school" looking characters with gorgeous red eyes, and those mecha horse-dragon thingies!

So I DO think is has mech! (Or am I completely off there?? So hard (and probably foolish!) to judge a series by a few cels you've seen in people's galleries!

Oh yeah, there's all sorts of mechs throughout. And I typically don't like mech shows... but these guys have heart. The mechs are just like people, and I thought that was interesting, that they have a mind and will of their own. They certainly give a whole new def. to AI.

I know. It's from the same creator as Saint Seiya.

Which is the main reason for me to see it .. and stay away from it because I know I'll just compare the two series.

Heehee, I haven't seen much of SS but I think I'd still like B't X better, even though SS is a bit bloodier. heh And a little bit a blood ain't bad. ^^; Though, I think SS may have a bit too many characters for me to really go nuts over it. The more character there are the more difficult it is for them to be really developed. I'm not saying that the charas in B't X are excellently developed (they pry are better developed in the manga than the anime) but that's just my initial impression w/o knowing much about SS. ^^;;

A while ago I wrote a little text about SS to go with the cels I had bought.

It never crossed my mind for second B't X could have worse character development than SS.

Hey, Gabe, you have a really nice page set up there! It's funny how many things we can pick out of a series that are wrong...and yet we still love it for whatever reason. ^^;

Has Kurumada done anything new recently? The last I knew he was doing some boxing manga/show.
