Anyone Know Anything About "Loveless"?
There's a new anime coming out in Japan called "Loveless" the sketches, settings and rilezu cels are already in high demand and I haven't even heard a thing about it yet. Does anyone have a well described summary of it. I've seen a couple of pics (Some blonde guy with some cat-eared, chained creature/person) and it looks cool. What kind of anime is it considered?

My cat Temperance I call her Tempe for short.

My cat Seeley is a Sailor Moon fan, too!
I didn't anticipate on having a black female cat and a white male cat or I would have named them Luna and Artemis... oh well.

Here's an anime blog on it if it'll help any:

It's a short series, only... either 12 or 13 episodes, and if you like catboys and angsty shonen-ai relationships you will LOVE it. And no, it's not about boy sex, its much more a story about the relationships and emotions of the characters. Some hetero pairs, some same-sex pairs... that's defintely not the focus of it.
It has a very interesting battle system -- words (except that I can't describe it adequately). The art is really lovely and characters are so appealing!
I thought it was wonderfully done except that I really wanted to see what happened next. Obviously it wasn't ultra-popular and they cut it off with a quick, vague, unsatisfying set of statements at the end. Maybe they can convince some studio to make a follow up so we get the whole tale (hope...hope)

Loved it, but the ending, which I hope is only temporary, was adequate at best. Many people find the shota suggestions in this quite disturbing, but that is not the real focus of the story. Definitely worth seeing

Ok, I finished watching this this weekend, and I
have to say - it was a really great series.
As
Baakay stated, the artwork is wonderful, and the
storyline was really intriguing. I was really miffed
by the ending, as it kinda did a 180 from the storyline.
Someone said abrupt ending - what an understatement.
Hopefully there will be more in the future.
