He bid on one of my auctions, then asked how much shipping was(stated in the auction), then retracted his bid when I replied with the explanation of 'couldnt contact seller' then he bid on another of my auctions so I cancelled his bid and blocked him from my auctions. I noticed even though he has 0/zero feedback he has 4 bid retractions and is bidding on like 15 auctions. Anyone know this guy or have a clue to why he doin this?

Did you report him to ebay when he retract the bid on your auction?
I hate ppl like this! I would definately report him if you haven't done so already. Let them know that he is bidding on more of your auctions and that you did reply to his emails. Why would he keep bidding if he states that he couldn't contact you? What a goofball!
Looks like he is just out to have fun and cause chaos. Definately keep him blocked as well. I'm sorry you're being targeted.
