I cant wait, hockey is back today. WAHOOO!!!! The loooong wait is over i cant wait to come home from school and watch some hockey!!!!!!!! And tomorrow i'm going to the Kings home opener :woot: Anyone as excited as i am? I dont think sooo. Hockey is a big part of life for me. The excitement!!!!!!! ok calm down calm down....GO KINGS!!!! :P

I'm glad it's back too. The only question is, how will the fans respond? Will they watch? Will they go to the games?

Unfortunately ESPN didn't pick up hockey this year, so I'll have to see how many games AFRTS will show. Even with ESPN, they didn't air that many. X|

Plus, as Joe knows all too well, my fave player is suspended until he gets back in shape. D'OH! X| :wink:

The first game that gets aired here, though, I'm going to be glued to the set, that's for sure! (yeah, the tv at my desk is for monitoring weeeeaaaather...) (on the rink) :crackup

Will the fans watch damn right we will. I still held my season tickets from the previous year and got a hell of a discount this year on them. So all I got to say is C-A-P-S CAPS CAPS CAPS!

Hockeyisn't all that popular in most European countries, but it is the most exciting part of the Winter Olympics, which means we only get to see real hockey every four years.

In the mean time we have to content ourselves with :
- The Mighty Ducks.
- Slap Shot (Woot !)
- Mystery, Alaska.
and
- *shudder* Youngblood. :x

Actually, I'm surprised he didn't come up with it himself to torture me with. :P

So, guys, what do you think? Will scoring be up this year? Does anyone really care, as long as it's an exciting game? (Hey, sometimes the 0-0 games are the best!)

Maybe Mr. Tchunky will break 40 goals this year...?
