Favorite October Animes

Ok It's October which means Halloween is coming up soon.

What is your favorite Anime for Halloween time?

I just finished watching Le Portrait de Petite Cossette as was blown away by the story and the artwork.

Of course I like supernatural tales. :evilblk

Supernatural anime is not my strong suit, but when I think of Halloween I think of:

Hellsing
Witch Hunter Robin
Vampire Princess Miyu
Nightwalker
Blood Movie
Cowboy Bebop Movie

I saved Petit Cossette for Halloween this year, and want to get Kakurenbo Hide and Seek as that sounds good as well. In the past, I've watched Boogiepop Phantom,Witch Hunter Robin, Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust, and on the lighter side, Mosquiton OVA and Haunted Junction. Devilman Lady might work for Halloween too.

Oh, and I wanted to add that the character designer for Petit Cossette is Hirofumi Suzuki who is also the character designer for Naruto.

I too like boogiepop, super cool anime that fits well into the halloween spirit. Have a question about Cossette JWR, is it an OVA or is it a series? I see it is only one dvd disk, but i am unsure if others will follow. Thanks. :)

I think I'd go for Yu Yu Hakusho... lotsa supernatural going on there :wink:

We rented Le Portrait de Petit Cossette last night, but were too tired to watch it. I'm sure we'll have fun watching it tonight tho.
Odd how it's the anime everyone is watching this month.

Ranma 1/2... because I can watch a ton of it w/o having to answer the door. =P

I think I might have to pick up Le Portrait de Petit Cossette that everybody is talking about though...
