That's a good question Cloud! December is bad because it's so close to Christmas, throughtout the winter is bad because it's usually too cold to celebrate outdoors. Summer is best because it's in the middle of the year, away from other public holidays. I'd say August is the 'in' month because that's when I was born Plus Leo is my favourite starsign.
