Trick Question?
Goku never had a 4th opponent. He only fought 3 opponents. If you meant Uranai Baba's 4th warrior, then itd be Akkuman (Akuma Man). His special attack was Akumite Kousen (beam). hehe, they just aired that awhile ago.... they skipped the rest and started airing GT...blegh.
