This same user also bid on one of the Sailormoon charity cel auctions this morning and happened to win it. I've also noticed that this user has bidded on several of Nikki(mightnightdance)'s current SM cel auctions, and she might want to be alerted to the fact that this might be a bogus bidder.
It's sad to think that there are people who are so out to scam that they'd even bid on an auction where the amount completely goes to charity.

Ok, well I bit the buller and re-listed everything
that he won on BIN. I also emailed him with an
explaination of why I re-listed, and explained to
him that if he still wanted the items, he would
have to contact me in the next 24 hours.
I
know I am setting myself up for negative feedback
here, but I don't know what else to do.

Well good luck to all you people who have him bidding on
you autions. He did exactly what I figured he would do.
http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... e0317&iid=
And I was really nice to him in my emails. Told him I
would cancel all my auctions I re-listed if he would
just contact me and confirm he wsa going to pay.
Of course I never heard from him.
But anyway, since he is going to tell everyone in the
cel community what a loser I am, figured I would let
ya'all know first.
I feel so inadequate.

Ugh, what a pain in the ass. Hopefully eBay will delete his account and remove all of the bad feedback.
EDIT:
Pudge's feedback link: (it got cut off from above)

Give him all negatives back - what a moron. >.<
Seriously, I'd contact ebay and get them to remove the negatives - with all the commotion this user is causing, I would bet they'd take them off. But do it quickly, because once he becomes NARU'ed I don't think they'll do anything.

OMG, wtf is wrong with some people?
I mean, did it occur to him that
a) Pudge has over +1000 positive feedbacks and no one's likely to buy into his obviously emotionally irrational feedbacks.
b) anyone who has a 1000 is DEFINIETLY a force somewhere in the "cel world" he described
and
c) straight simple, calm minded diplomacy can work too. anyone who sees NINE auctions in a row given childrens scrawl bad feedback is going to conclude that someone, not likely Pudge has a serious problemo.
I really hope you can talk to Ebay about this and retract those stupid feedbacks---- nothing comes of it oh well, least you can critique is negative babble and dump 9 red lots on HIS feedback.
Whaaaaaat a jerk!

Well, I'm a survivor of retailation feedback on ebay. It's not that big of a deal. As a buyer, the first couple of months I emailed sellers letting them know I was bidding. I never had any problems. As a seller, I stated in my auctions about the negative feedback and guided the buyers to read the feedback if they were uncomfortable bidding. You'll be fine.
I'm really sorry this happened to you! What a terrible bidder! It sounds like you gave them every chance to make things right. I love the comment you wrote.
And I would give them 9 negatives right back and report them. Ebay suspends buyers with 3 or more non-payments in a 30 period. You would be one and it sounds like you can easily have 2 others file a complaint.
Again, sorry this happened to everyone especially you, pudge! But now I'm really glad I haven't started my auctions yet.
