Celga Currency Converter

Hi!

Does Celga use the currency exchange rate of the day an auction is won, or do they go by the rate that's listed on their websites' 'News' section?

I believe they use their exchange rate (the one on the news page - tho sometimes they're slow to update that page) the day the invoice is drawn up.
