We left NJ around 3pm to catch the bus yesterday for NYC to stay and have Thanksgiving with my fiances family. It took us almost 2 hours to get to NYC by the express bus (normally would have arrived within 30 to 40 min.) Once we FINALLY reached the Lincoln Tunnel travel was then a little faster but then the darn police suddenly detoured our bus route for the bus station, which then gave us a nice little tour of the city, lol.
We finally arrived at the Port Authority (station) and headed for the subway. Lots of people moving about but not as crowded as I though it would have been. Guess we just missed rush hour since the bus was so late.
I hope everyone is having a nice Thanksgiving today! I sure can't wait to eat soon!
How was your Thanksgiving travel?

The travel was NOTHING compared to the turkey invasion that happened in the backyard AFTER the meal
I'm not kidding either! I live in New England so wild turkeys do live around here.
Figures, turkey was the only thing I ate when I went to my aunt's house becuase um, she's not a cook
Then I saw the turkeys otuside (not one or two... FIFTEEN) and I said to them; "Um, no hard feelings okay? I'm sorry I ate one of you" and I thought at the same time "...Even though it was delicious" Good thing turkeys can't read minds. I was so stupid I had my DC RIGHT in front of me and the thought didn't occur to me to take a picture of it until there was only one turkey left.

My cat Temperance I call her Tempe for short.

My cat Seeley is a Sailor Moon fan, too!
I didn't anticipate on having a black female cat and a white male cat or I would have named them Luna and Artemis... oh well.
