Try ringophone.com for the victory tune. They seem to have quite a few video game tones. Unfortunately I can't get it to work with my service :(.

I managed to downlaod the 2nd Fullmetal Alchemist OP from a small Belgian site but I doubt it would work on a worldwide scale.

(btw, dont you just love it when you have an original ringtone while every cell around you has a shrill Mission Impossible ringtone ?)
