Sometimes I don't know a client's real name so I make one up based on their DNS.

Nope... I paid for the book. What I have is a credit memo for whatever I want that they sell.

But since I don't want any other Sage books... I may try calling them one more time to straighten it out. All they owe me is a refund of shipping charges.

Yes I can do anything I want. That is what distinguishes humans and robots from animals (and animal robots).
