Well, here's what I think of the misato cel I wish I could afford:

The only scene I can think of that this would belong to might be thus. After Misato finally finds Shinji (Who has been hiding out in the Nerv basement), she gets shot. She pushes him (shinji) into the elevator, and he rides it up to the eva's (IIRC). She then slumps down against the elevator door. ... but I don't know if the cel should be 16:9 or 4:3. I know they can use those interchangeably in a movie...
