OMG...

If this were true a priori, as Cloud so graciously reminded us, we've got some ladies and gents walking around over here in the US that should have had us all the way to Alpha Centauri by now, just by getting out of bed!!

Nope! Closest I'm gonna get to outside in Arizona in the summer is the Airport en route to AX :D

(Seriously... it's more often than not up around 100 - 103 here these days in July. I'm a snowbunny by birth...too hot fer me. Thankfully it's usually only for a month or so).

You could start the anti-jump website. Have people jump at the exact opposite side of the planet at the same time.

yes it will stop global warming but we would freeze to death :hurt:

....science says if the planet gets off course even a mile difference the earths tempetures would change dramatically, killing a lot of species proabably including our own. :wink:
