Hi Everyone,

I'm leaving beta.
I'm getting more busy and since it's getting harder to stay up to date here on Beta I made my decision to leave.

Since I didn't post a lot so no one will miss me here, or? :p

Just a warning from my side to some YJ bidders, there are currently lots of fakes Escaflowne cels out there.
Just saw that someone won some with AC.

Some fake Kiki and Nausciaä cels can be found as well on YJ.

Further I heard from one of my contacts in Japan that some threads here at Beta caused some trouble.
One of the Studios Chief came to his friends house with the police and they confiscated all the gengas.
Since the gengas (from newer shows) are not open for selling in public, I hope that you all take care about what can be posted public and what not ^^.

So have a nice stay here maybe we'll see us again one day.

Sorry to see you go Gabe. I've always loved your AMG collection! As well as your Sawa cels, and that Gally....Mmmmm....

Would you mind PM'ing or e-mailing me about the info above? Or, if you are able...Post more about the unfortunate dealings above?

We did appreciate your posts here on Beta, so we will be sorry to see you leave, Gabe.
Hope you can still maintain your wonderful cel collection!

I'm worried about that news of the Studio Chief and Police seizing that collectors genga, that's terrifying, especially when I consider that my anime artwork is shaping up to be my pension for the future!

But we still have to talk about cels and anime art, we can't avoid it. If the Japanese police know about what we have, I pray they won't send teams of investigators around the US and Europe to snatch the artwork back 8O

Take care Gabe, you're always welcome back any time you feel lonely ;)
