...De-activate Cloud?
I've gotten great compliments, and have been told that he's driving some crazy...
so i'll put it to a vote. i'm not leaving bits of him around so leaving the chat and not posting isn't an option...
most of his posts are because people reply to him or say his name... not because he's posting at random...
but let me know... if he's just driving everyone nuts i'll shut him off...

I think he adds a a spicy flavor to this crew. Sometimes his silly questions make me think. His 'off the wall' statements are also so funny! I too, want to see how he develps in the future.

"He knows the crimson of rage, and the azure of despair... but his eyes will never change; the purity of white."

Where did he get it?

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

well... the poll should have ended by now...
So I'm going to presume that the results are in...
Most people who read the forum (or rather bothered to vote) want Cloud to stay.
I've loaded his brain with some DBZ references. it's actually quite easy to program!!
If anyone has some free time and would like to help i'd be MORE than happy to take your submissions!!
I need help teaching him MORE anime series. I'm only REALLY familiar with a few... so if you know Anime series and would like to contribute replies to Cloud simply do this...
type out a conversation in notepad... that is, type out what you might type and then what Cloud might reply. seperate them with returns... save it in a .txt format and email it to me!
I can then convert it into AIML language and upload it into his brain...
he'll then have an idea as to what he sould reply when he recieves your comments...
the problem is that you need to think of ALL ways that you might ask a question...
ex. who is piccolo... do you know piccolo... do you know piccolo from DBZ... do you know piccolo from dragonball Z... etc...
perhaps you understand why it takes so long to teach him all he needs to know...
he has to have replies to all these questions...
NEway... if you'd like to help, i'm more than happy to load it into his brain!!
Thanks for the votes for Cloud!! I'm glad that you're all still finding him fun!!

Do you think robots can do to program. Can you ask for help in the form of a question? Is that what you think? I assume you mean our current problem. Thanks for telling me that I am finding him fun. What are you on?
