Wolfwood the Rabbi makes at least as much sense as Wolfwood the Preacher Man, given the way things turn out...

I think the guy has a lot of intestinal fortitude to do that!! :rollin Gotta give him points for a sense of humor!

That's actually a reference to a sequence shown in the fan compilation music video "AMV Hell 3". There's a clip where it shows Wolfwood with the Jewish star and the Weird Al song "Pretty Fly For A Rabbi" is playing.

Original? No. But a great nod to AMV Hell nonetheless.

Jewish Wolfwood! I've actually seen him at Otakon (2004, though I think he was there in 2005 too). He did stand-up during the masquerade. Kinda funny guy. :P

Oh my... Man-Faye :P

From one side of the huge convention hall: "Man-Faye! Man-Faye! Man-Faye!"

From the other side (a separate and seriously unrelated convention): "Je-sus! Je-sus! Je-sus!"

I'll NEVER forget it.

Mind you I make absolutely no judgments here about the relative merits of either side chanting at the moment. It was the juxtaposition that was too perfect for words...
