Doctor Slump or not?

I'm hoping to match an unknown, and need an Akira Toriama expert.

This ones a toughy. I remember seeing this cel for sale in the past but I've always wondered that myself. I know the character Midori has blonde hair very similar to that. There is another character in the series named Akane that has blond hair but she keeps her hair up in a ponytail most of the time and is younger than the character in the above link.

I want to say that if it is a Slump cel then it most likely is Midori. Hopefully somone with more knowledge of the show will pop up soon. I've only had a chance to watch the first episode of the series since that is all that has been fansubbed.

You could ask the owner of Cels of DOOM on Rubberslug for some help. She has a nice collection of Slump cels and I think is knowledgable on the series as well. I've purchased several cels from her eBay sales in the past.
