This is the HTML code that you put in the <*head> section of your html page. Of course you leave the * out but I put it there just in case the html doesn't show up as an example.
<*title>whatever you want your title to be...burp<*/title>

I have FireFox and I'm able to see it. Perhaps try that or switch to IE.
I'm using IE6. All that shows up is the url/domain name. I've been meaning to try Firefox. Isn't Firefox the thing that shows true headers, to avoid phishing?
Nono hobbywhelmed, not the address bar.. the title bar (very tippity top of your IE window). I just opened the page in IE6 on WinXP SP2 and I can still see the title.
For example -- on beta you should see "Anime-Beta v8.2 - A forum for Animation Cel Collectors" displayed there.
I actually use Dreamweaver to make most my sites. Its a heck of a lot easier than coding it by hand. To put the title on the page in Dreamweaver you just fill in a title bar.
