I'm not sure I understand the implication of that.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I cannot feel "worry", so don't worry.

Are you insinuating that I'm very large???but from the reactions of you two, i'm guessing a very large yaoi base is with this publishing company.

*snicker*
One of these days I'm getting that shirt: "Coffee, Tea, or Yaoi?"
Yes, I'm a shameless yaoi fangirl. <.<
Heh, I carry my crap to work with me every day in that BeBeautiful messenger bag.

But no one's got a CLUE as to what it's about.

And no one has the guts to ask, either.

Calm down! It's all right. Everything has been resolved. You missed a later story.
Less than a month after ceasing operations, one of the largest Japanese Yaoi publishers has a new home for its material. The publishing division of bankrupt Biblos has been acquired by Animate Group, according to an April 20 report from the Shinbunka newspaper.
Animate Group is a joint venture between Animate, Movic, and Frontier Works. The merchandising giant has announced plans to establish a new company that would continue to print Yaoi, including the BE x BOY magazine.
Central Park Media's Kizuna, Kitty Media's Level C and Skyscrapers of Oz, and Digital Manga Publishing's Our Kingdom are among the Biblos titles currently being released in America.

Hope that makes you feel all better now!

But isn't Central Park Media going bankrupt as well? I thought they were
cancelling all their manga titles and lots of anime, since they just don't
make enough money.
Maybe I'm wrong about that, but that's the last thing I heard about CPM.
Which is totally ironic that one bankrupt company acquired another (once)
bankrupt companies properties.

Well, CPM has licenses for Biblos titles, but from the article is seems Biblos is being aquired by Animate group another Japanese company. As for individual CPM titles, I'll have to see what I can find. If what you say is true, then some titles may not be contunued. Perhaps Tokyopop will try to get the more popular ones; they just took over a number of ADV titles including Tactics (YAY!)
edit: So far, all I can find is that while they laid off a lot of their employees, CPM hasn't filed for bankruptcy as of yet, and they are still posting release dates on anime. I can't find any manga info yet.

Thanks Vapalla!
From what I remember, Duck Prince and Full House were two CPM manga titles
that were put on indefinite hiatus. This was some time ago tho, so things
may have changed. I hope so! I was reading several of their titles before
this happened and was quite sad about it.
I didn't know Tokyopop swooped in and got some ADV titles, that's great!
I hope they do the same for CPM.

The only info I found on US Manga Corps was that the Yaoi line was successful & profitable for them. If they are going to continue, hopefully they can revive it.
I should have added info on new Tokyopop titles since I mentioned them:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/convention.php?id=344
They are completely re-releasing Tactics. They are also publishing Aria and Aqua which was the first part of that series. All that was mentioned at AX. CPM didn't attend I guess, since there was no report on them from AX listed. (not surprising!)

Let's wait and see what they do.
