ARGH STUPID!!!

Post by Not Sir Phobos »

Found out last night that ab.com is down but ab.net is still running. So yeah I've been away for a while.

My life has changed a whole lot in that time, how about you guys?

Nice to see you NSP.

Haven't been up to much here. It's been pretty warm for my area like it has been for most of the country. Our store is running out of fans and air conditioners. I can see a national shortage of fans/air conditioners coming soon.

I had to spray a wasp/hornet nest on my front porch yesterday. I knocked off the first one a few days ago (it was pretty small), but of course they were back to building it up again. So it was time to whip out the Spray of Death at sunset. :D

I was watching a lot of anime last month (for me that is) because I was trying to catch up before the new season started. Unfortunately, the only new shows I sort of like so far are Welcome to the NHK, Chevalier, Bokura ga Ita, Chokotto Sister and Zero no Tsukaima, but Who knows? I didn't like Black Lagoon, The Third or Sasami ~ MSC at the start either. :shrug

Good to see you posting again NSP!
So if you want, share some of the changes with us. /hmm

As for myself, I just got back from a vacation (if you can call it that) to the center of the US. I was in Nebraska and Kansas were it was hella hot! Put almost 2000 miles on a rental car!:messed

I did do something fun, I went to a drive-in and saw "Pirates" and "Superman" as a double feature.

<-- been a long time since I've been to a drive-in theater.

Good to be back, I missed checking things out here in Betaland.

Well, my family life turned to shyt, I'm quitting my job, and we have to sell our house.

But It's a good time to take stock of what's importand in my life and it gives us a chance to start over. I'm thinking of getting an EMT license and becomming aparamedic.

Whew what a big nutshell 8O

Good news for you guys though, we have to sell a whole crapload of what we own and anime plus animation cels are included.

Sure, getting an EMT license and becomming aparamedic sounds like a good topic.

I heard. I'm sorry.

Just know we're here for you (esp. Bob & me) :friends:

Look at it as a way to start fresh.

You'd make a great paramedic, but that's true of just about anything
you choose! Good luck with the future.

Oh crap, don't you hate it when things like that happen?? :bwall

Here?

Changed jobs, worried about it.
Got annual physical, worried about it.
Went to New Orleans, worried about it, but got to meet Lynxa! Woo-hoo!

Actually... I'm not wanting to make light of the nasty awful scary overtones of your nutshell.

I'm worried about it! 8O

:friends: That's pretty life changing alright. 8O
But you're both tough, and you'll make it through.
My husband did a stint as a volunteer EMT in upstate New York for a year or so. He really enjoyed it.
I'm sure you'll pass with flying colors and be able to thoroughly enjoy the new angle on life. /no1

Me?
I've decided I hate Ichigo and am selling all my stuff.

...psyche.
As IF. :P

But I have started watching Full Metal Alchemist, as you can see by my new sig not being Ichigo related.

Oh, and we still haven't moved yet. Still trying for jobs.
