I spent the weekend camping at the beach. We went boogie boarding and played frisbee then went to a luau for dinner.
I'm now in lots of pain and my back makes me look like a striped lobster.
(not really terrible though, i've been burned worse once before)

hehe at least i normally sleep on my stomach!

I'm not going to be the most mobile person for a little while. I'm not looking forward to work tomorrow...

Yes SPF 300 would be great.

Since it seems that SPF 30 doesn't last in the ocean.

Does anyone know where to find it?

Ouch! Poor thing! I've heard that Bullfrog sunscreens last really well in water. I don't have any personal experience there though to know if that is truly the case. And I'd bet that 45 or 50 is as high as it goes.

Hope the ouchy skin heals quickly!

I bought some SPF 70 today.

Hopefully I can spend some time at the beach again when my skin heals!

The trick is to find the biggest bullfrogs you can, then make them sit on any exposed skin to block out the sun.... Works great!!

um, yeah.... never visited your myspace but after perusing your page, I'm prepared to offer FREE aloe vera application to said burnt areas. Act quickly and I'll even throw in two Long Island Iced Teas.
