Taking OFFERS on Weiss kreuz OVA cels

Hey gang,

Been talking to Finder (my sister) and since I've been having a miserable time selling anything at all, we decided to open up on offers on our lovely cels from the OVAs for Weiss kreuz.

These are extremely hard for us to part with because out of all of our collections, we had wanted to keep these the most (since, let's face it, the OVAs had the best artwork, a better storyline, and were hardest to come by!). So please don't be offended if we decline your offer, because, seriously, we are looking for offers that make our jaws hit the floor with a resounding thud! Your cliched "offer I can't refuse" deal. If that doesn't happen, they will remain here.

Anyhoo~

Aya - A16 sequence, matching sketch

Ken - A1 end, B2 sequence, matching sketch, missing paint line from his eyebrow

Yoji - A7 sequence, matching sketch

Omi - C2, A1 end, B1 sequence, matching sketch

They are all of them in good condition, with minimal line fading. Omi's sketch comes in a separate protective bag, but the other three boys' are sealed in plastic with their sketches, and since we've never opened them, not sure if they are stuck or not.

Apologies for the crappy scans; I think I managed to do them all crooked. Scans just do NOT do them justice! All four boys have such depth and emotion in their beautifully colored eyes, it makes you wanna melt in a fangirl puddle!!

Also, my sister will be taking offers on her last remaining Ken TV series cel:

Good luck on your sales, Keeper!! I'm torn between hoping you get some great offers and hoping you get to keep the cels, because I know how much you love these. I hope everything goes well!! *hugs*

I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time selling stuff. But on the flip side of that, you made me offer. Gee! I bet everyone here who knows me knows what I offered on.

Thanks guys!

I appreciate everyone who has commented and those of you who've sent offers! I just wanted to add that I will probably wait a couple days before responding to offers, just to see what comes my way first. Unless you've asked me to keep you posted on counter offers, please don't think I'm ignoring you if I don't respond ASAP. You'll most likely receive a response by Thursday or Friday.

Also, I wanted to add that all of those cels cost us a pretty penny. We were well known for going crazy to outbid on auctions, or offered well over market value.

There were a few cels my sister and I even "co-owned", that is, chipped in funds together just to be able to afford them. So again, please don't feel offended if I refuse your offer. Even though I realize the market on cels has dropped considerably since we started in on the hobby, I would still like to get close to what we paid. Apologies.

Offer period ends August 1st, so please feel free to contact me before then if you're interested in any of these handsome assassins!!

Yay! No hurries on a reply (obviously, since it took me about 800 years to finally email you -- *embarrassed*). I'm just glad it did get to you.

Good luck, again, with your offers! I'm very tempted by the Yohji cel, but I've been spending a lot lately. Gotta try hard to "be good" (bleh ...

A world of appreciative thanks to the three people who braved to make an offer!

Unfortunately it looks like the cels will be staying with us. But before we completely give up looking for their new soul mates, I've listed them on eBay. However, there are reserves set at the high price we originally paid for them. Mostly I just wanna test the waters. Just to see.

Thank you, kira! I hope so too!!

Oh, I also kept forgetting to mention, but if I can sell these cels close to what we paid, I would be more than willing to do a payment plan! I know that it's difficult to cough up so much money all at once, especially those living on a tight budget, and that mundane expenses come before fangirl goodies. I know, I'm in the same boat!
