If you have a credit card RightStuf is the way to go. I buy all my anime dvds from them.
They offer free USPS shipping to the US for orders over $49 (and to Canada for orders over $150).
They also have great sales from time to time and you can find some serious deals in the Weekly Specials (like the Lain box set for $25).
(I also bought their Got Anime? membership and get an extra 10% off - it costs $12, but it saved me over $100 in the past year easy)

something is telling me that i should buy 2 and sell one for a small profit... nah, i'm too nice to do that and be able to sleep at night.

i have some of the dvds. i have to go look at which ones. i want to sell mine. not a ccs fan anymore. just lost interest in it.

i dont have the whole series though.
