Masato, from the "Mermaid's Scar" OVA and the last 2 episodes of the "Rumic Theater: Mermaid's Forest" series. He is one maniacal, homicidal small fry, that's for sure. Oh yeah- he also has a penchant for decapitating people with an axe.

There were two children in Demon City Shinjuku. I think the young boy
who helps Kyoya Izayoi is called Chibi or something, he is turned evil at
one point. Sayaka Rama encounters a demon in the form of a young child,
I believe she's simply called "Little Girl."
