well translated in babel fish it says its a hand drawn sketch...done by who? idk but it doesnt look like a toriyama or nething....unless someone thinks otherwise.

Its a drawing made by a fan, even if they say it isnt. Just look at it

It doesn't look anywhere near a toriyama. I too thinks its a fan drawing selling for over $1000US. Tell him he's dreaming!!!
