I'm kinda miffed about a missing gallery

should I still send it? or should I wait until all this is cleared out...???
If he paid you then you have the responcibility to send him the sketch or a refund of his money. This transaction should be a totally separate issue than this problem.

Hey Joost - you know its totally up to you, however,
I am totally for the 'Two Wrongs Don't Make a Right'
mentality. If nothing else, refund his money and
don't sell him the sketches, but don't stoop to his level.

Just my 2 cents. :)

I could not disagree with you both, but my intention was more to use it as a way to help,... if you do not pay other people why should I not use the same means as you.... ?

I know he has payed, I'm not a thief. But I thought this maybe was a good idea to show that such actions will not be overseen or tollerated

I would refund his money, if I were you Joost. Not having anyone deal with him I think is the worst thing that could happen to a collector. Besides you don't want any black marks against you.

I just want to echo the sentiments that this is a lousey thing to have happen to such a decent and kind person as Midori. She has helped me out literally countless time in the past. I hope this person grows a conscience, does the right thing, and gives Midori her property back.

A refund is in order!!

If you don't refund and don't send him the cels... he more than likely will say that Midori caused it. And you wouldn't want someone like him to say bad things about her!

Joost, I would refund the money and cut off all communication with him. It's best
to just black ball and alienate people like that. It will teach them the gravity
of their behavior. It also illustrates how tight the cel community can be.

Like Robo said, you wouldn't want your actions to reflect negatively on Midori.

I'm sure he's having some now, considering none of us want to have anything to do with him, nor bid on any of his auctions, buy his items, nor sell to him, and the fact that we will continue to educate others about his misdeeds, causing more and more people to choose not to have any dealings with him. If he loves cel collecting that much, then he is paying the ultimate price by being cut off from those that could have helped him get the things he wanted.

It's not smart to screw over people in a community centered around a one-of-a-kind hobby. You just may end up pissing off the one person that has the cel you've been looking for all of your life- or knows where to get it ^_~x
