I'm not sure if I've ever flown American Airlines (it's always been Northwest Airlines), but I'm still sorry :( I hate flying and the crap they put you through now makes it worse.

Nothin' but Continental Airlines for me 8) . I fly with them for both business trips and vacations. I've always been satisfied with their customer service, contrary to my experiences with American Airlines :x Sorry to hear you've experienced an AA horror story, Tex-chan. I hope they can get your computer back to you ^_^

Basically all airlines suck :( :( I travel too much lately (and right now I am at Detroit airport.... to go back to KY) and I do really hate travel.... :(
