I posted on your RS blog too. :wink: The whole situation is bullsh*t and she sounds like a b*tch! I think that it's also very suspicous that one room is empty, one is packing, and now your family has to leave. You could use that as some evidence of something very suspicious that's going on if you take her to court (Which you should, since she might lose her job. :) :evil: ). I think that maybe there are some people that she knows that want or need some apartments and that's why she's kicking you out, so that they can use them. I'd talk to your neighbors in room 104 and see what she said to them. Maybe you and them could take her to court. If it was me, then I would have probably screamed at her by now. :wink: Anyway, good luck and I got your back! :D :wink:

we all know i'm pathetic about responding to this kind of things... wasn't sure what to say that hadn't already been said.

Gotta say though I -love- your response to the whole situation.... nothing makes a person who acts like that squirm more than throwing (even if its fake) kindness their direction... especially when they seemed to overlook something. LOL.

If that's what the lease says and she doesn't have pictures to prove any of that... Then you can actually take your sweet time in finding the perfect apartment!

Sounds to me like they want to go condo, so they are terminating leases in order to start remodeling. They did the same thing at my cousin's place here. Rather than wait for all the leases to run out, residents were given 30 days to move due to one issue or another. I wish the best for you guys. I hate moving, and it has to be a real pain with two kids.

It sounds to me like she doesn't know what she's doing. Yeah, best to get out and watch the apartments crash and burn from a safe distance.
