Er ... wait ... was I typing out loud?
Ahhhh, thanks for the tip. Note to self: keep Sensei away from my cel collection. *giggles* By all means, come for the inspection (and licking) and bring your Ayas. That way I have something to lick, too.
In all seriousness, I just love your collection! Your CCS, TnN and Clamp Campus Detectives (I hope I got that name right ) cels are just beautiful! I also think the color scheme of your gallery is lovely and really shows off your cels very well. Oh, and I love the X cel you have up on your RS gallery. What a powerful image!
Yes, you got the name right. There are about three different ways it shows up in English, so I save myself the trouble and just use the Japanese most of the time. I R LAZEE. Thanks for the compliments on my cels; trust me, I have spent the better part of the evening since you posted lusting after quite a few of yours! You have a good eye for acquiring beautiful cels.
I'm definitely glad there's still someplace like Beta to hang out. I've missed the company (and insanity) of other collectors. ^^

Thanks, Sugarflower, sailorsv13, and Ronin! I'm very glad to be here, and I appreciate the kind words for my cels. I can't get over how excited I am to be really delving back into cel collecting. Seishirou is definitely one of my favorite cels, and as my gallery shows, I have a huge weakness for CLAMP art.

I've got some of mine up here, but ack, that site's so out of date.
Runs over to look ...
Mmmm .... I see we have very similar tastes in TnN cels. I'm delighted to see another "Temptation of Eros" cel (complete with Silky's hopping underwear bureau) and the CLAMP-eyed Yuusuke is wonderful! And Eros being rocked to sleep by Muse! And Raphael passing through the Jasmine Jelly! These are lesser-known moments in the series, but so well done (and painted) that they raise goosebumps whenever I see them. I have a bunch of the sketches for these scenes, I'm I'll be happy to link to the cel images in your gallery once they're properly housed.
You also have some great Yukitos in the CCS drawer. The one of him saving Sakura after she goes off the cliff is a classic!
I have a large extra bedroom, so I invite you to come conduct an on-site inspection and fumigation. Cel party!
Um ... I need to talk to my wife first ... and my parole officer ... I'll get back to you on this. doggone it, these house arrest shackles are HARD to get off ...
"" cel is one of the primary reasons I bought the set ? Does that make sense?

Anyway, all of the Reideen cels in the gallery are my fault.
Hana to Yume!!! *feels nerdy*
Hana . . . I must say that I am incredibly jealous of your CCD collection!!! All those ending Nokorus . . . just soooo gorgeous! I might have to come thieving in the night.

Yeah, I think Yami no Matsuei was one of our favorite manga at the time we picked out our 'fandom' handles. >D
#^^# Thank you so much! I really think that I could give up all my other series but not that one. It's a very personal series and my luck in finding the right things has been really good. That's not to say that there aren't people's galleries in which I have VERY COVETED PIECES, because oh, I do. I think I've managed to outlast most everyone else, though, and chase off the competition.
You're always welcome to come thieving. Just be warned that there is a kitty army here...and they like to eat people.
