I know when I posted the information in my gallery about this guy ripping me off I had numerous people e-mail me saying they had the same problems with this person. I only remember a few of the people that e-mailed me, so I need anyone who's had problem to contact me again. I'm speaking with an RS moderator to have action taken. I will e-mail the people that I remember e-mailing me before, but if you don't recieve an e-mail from me then please write one to me. The reason i'm bringing this up again is because this guy is back, and most likely looking to do it again.

He updated his gallery today, but not with an actual cel update, just one to bring it back to the RS homepage to advertise this message;

All My Cels Are Unwanted Now As I Need Money More At The Moment.

You should be able to email the mods without anyone else as having to because that obvious sale advertisement on their homepage is now illegal for all RS galleries and they should be banned or at least talked to!!!

rob, the site as well as the cel dont show up. i have a feeling the guy went underground to avoid people.

Working with an RS mod to clean up the community of its trash. Hopefully we'll be saving others from the same thing I as well as a couple of friends of mine have experienced.

If you know of a number of people who were ripped off, he can be reported to the internet fraud complaint center:

You would need to contact other people who were ripped off and all of you would need o file a complaint. I assume that if there were any Paypal payments made, that complaints and claims were already made. You may also be able to report it as postal fraud.
