Once upon a time I debuted all my new cels as my avatar for a while, early on it was the only way anyonne ever got to see them until I finally did a gallery, almost two years after I joined Beta.

Mine is a poorly-done photograph of my 1/3 scale Kenshin doll.

He was standing in front of my anime figure shelves, so the background was messy as all heck. I selected it and then did some kind of digital dooflingy with it from within photoshop. Stained Glass, I think. Came out ok but does not give a good sense of the gloriousness of this guy.

Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy 7, Advent Children version. I always liked the character, so dark and mysterious...Ooooo. Plus he changed into monsters, which was very cool.

I'm a little dark and (can be) mysterious and aloof myself, so the avatar fits well.

My avatar is of my favorite Sailor Moon character, Cooan. She is a secondary villain from the R series. If you want to know what she is doing in this scene check the spoiler.

Cooan was supposed to be on a mission but stopped to primp in her compact instead. Her boss Rubeus, however, shows up in her compact and hints that he might still love her. As soon as his image disappears from her compact you can see her blushing face ^.^

I chose this avatar because she is just so gorgeous in the shot!

Mine is the Genom Tower from the Bubblegum Crisis OVAs. For those not in the know, it's basically the bad guys' headquarters.

I picked it because I love the environment and cityscape of BGC so much, not to mention the villains who hang around in this particular section of Megatokyo.
