most of the Admins and Mods who have color text in their profiles have
HTML code showing. Is that a glitch? Is it fixable?

It looks to me like you are a Firefox user. I am also. The pages for phpBB were all written to support IE primarily. Some coding looks odd in Firefox while other coding flat doesn't work. The Chat with Cloud page is one that just wouldn't work in Firefox until I rewrote most of the page. This glitch is another one that I would like to fix but I just don't seem to have the time to dig into the code these days. It's annoying but harmless.
