What's on your '06 Christmas wishlist?

Post by wELCOME cONSUMER »

I imagine several people will mention cels or sketches :D but anything besides those obvious answers?

This year, I'd like a few items to finish off my new kitchen:

Tea kettle
Rice/vegetable steamer
Food Processor
Omelet maker

There are also several Nintendo DS games on my list. It's easy to justify those because they are small, cheap and good for hours of portable fun.

What are you hoping to receive this year?

My husband would be my first choice, but that wont happen since they wont let him come home over Christmas. :(

I got some wishes, but doubt I get any of them. And yes Toni and you right I would of listed some cels and sketches, BUT this year I have another kind of wish

1. Sewing machine

That's pretty much all I would want. NOw if I would go into anime I would like a certain doll or a certain book holder, but I wont go there. Also a PS3 or a Wii would be nice with games. LOL *sigh*

Lets see...

Wii + Super Monkey Ball. I really enjoyed the game on the gamecube so now with the awesome controller it should be really fun. Main reason for the Wii though is because of Super Smash bro's coming out next year. I love that game and to think of it going online is just awesome, can't wait.

Oh gosh, let's see.

I'd love the new video Ipod, but that's doubtfull.

A new desk and chair would be great.

DVD's I'd like: Clerks II, Deadwood season I, II, POTC 2, Superman Returns,

Books - The Beautiful Cigar Girl: Mary Rogers, Edgar Allan Poe, and the Invention of Murder(Dan Stashower), Fragile Things(Neil Gaiman), The Audacity of Hope(Barack Obama)

Truthfully, I don't care very much this year. All I care about is the fact that I'll have a masters degree by next summer. Then, I will be DONE with school for a while. It'll be nice to have a break for the first time in 25 years.
Time is but an illusion. Lunch time...doubly so.

You mean Ichigo sketches don't count? :(

Okay, money to buy Ichigo sketches with!

Oh all right.
I'd settle for a job that I enjoy that pays me money to spend on Ichigo sketches. /no1

Yes retreating I think that is what I meant. Was it not clear?

Darn it I can't really think of anything I want that I already don't have! ^^;;;;

We are getting the Wii, which has been hard waiting for since my fiance has been dying to get the new Zelda game. I guess just a few more DVDs that haven't come out yet but will toward the holidays, especially POTC2.

Oh and Welcome Consumer, get on AIM sometime, and I'll be sure to send you one of your gifts that you'd like off your list! I went to Bed, Bath & Beyond a few days ago and I saw a nice *item* and purchased it, and it falls on your list! *sobs I miss you!!*

What I want for Christmas this year are the same things I wanted last year:

New upstairs flooring.
A new kitchen sink.
A new nightie ;)

I've spent so much money on myself this year that I sincerely have very little left to ask for, for myself. Except for the one thing that eludes me:
decent health.

Oh, and yeah, I could do with a little common courtesy from people, but that's a hard thing for Santa to stick in a stocking... it does seem to be in short supply these days...

I'd love a big, warm, squishy sofa to sink into while snuggling, reading to my daughter or just watching anime. :) The one we have now is way too utilitarian.

Oh, yeah... peace on earth and good will toward man would be nice, too.

I already HAVE those. I just need time and enough oomph to scan them !

*sigh* Well, let's see. I'm already being told I probably won't get much, if anything, for Christmas this year (my dad's money is tied up in my sister's wedding funds, my mom I'm not sure about, but there's a limit to the kinds of things I can ask her for, since she doesn't understand anime or manga or cels or anything Japanese, and has no computer or internet access). While this greatly depresses me (*sigh*), I guess I should make a list anyway, for traditional purposes:

Inu-Yasha season 1 DVD
Rainbow Brite DVD set
The Sims 2: Pets
MONEY!
Jeans (the ones I have, all have holes forming in them)
To be determined
