Same here. I only have a few cels I want to add BG's for. Some of them are oversized so it'll take a long time to scan them right. I also have a large collection of sketches that need to be scanned...

Cels? I probably easily have 125 or more that are unscanned.

Sketches may be that many again. Or more.

So who wants to come be my scanning slave for a while? I'll feed you!

I actually have NONE in my pile, for the first time in forever and a day!

I do, however, have about 20 or so to upload onto my site... *sigh*
always behind on SOMETHING or other ;)

Edit: Oh, I'm so in awe of all you people who even have a prayer of identifying episodes and such... I simply don't remember details after a few years, so I haven't even bothered. On the other hand, the thing that takes time and effort is saying something intelligent -- or even semi-intelligent, in the case of Gokudo cels ;) . Because I won't just slap the cel up there without saying something about it.

I have high confidence that a good number of your Gokudo cels are from
either Ep 5 or Ep 14 for some reason :D

None. I get so few cels at a time it's easy to scan them almost immediately. What can take me a bit is messing with and resizing the scan on Photoshop, then uploading it to RG and writing out info and the like.

I just have one that was part of the deputy package I got during the summer (Though I do have five more sets waiting for me at the deputy storage now). It's the same AzuDaioh one I was complaining about when I updated last month. I haven't progressed on it at all. I can grumble about my scanner, the number of pages, or having to scan each sketch twice but the real reason is laziness.

I got in a set of widescreen Studio DEEN sketches from Mandarake this month...it was the fastest I'd ever scanned a sketch set once I realized that the entirety of the sketches (8.25x11.75 inches) could be scanned at once.

I'm in this boat, too...
Keropi wrote:I don't like posting stuff that soon after I got them (especially sketches). But I know that's excuse since I haven't scanned a lot of my OTHER old stuff, but it SOMEWHAT explains why I haven't posted sketches. Just about all the sketches I've bought came from the last year and a half. So the age of them kills that plan even before it starts. :^^:

Most of my better cels are up already though so I guess don't consider it a huge deal. :shrug
 Well, there's at least one person who would like to see you put some more of your sketches up. You'd better remember that every time you look at your sketches. :P

I have over 75 cels that need to be added to my gallery but have been holding off until I can get my gallery organized with cel descriptions, screencaps, etc. Hopefully I can get that task completed within the next month or two and then start scanning the rest of my collection. 90% of those cels that need to be added are from Mahoujin Guru Guru. :)

That's certainly an understatement!! :P

I don't know how many exactly, but I know it's definetely less than you...so until that changes, I'll hold my head up high! :)

Although saying that, I don't scan my cels, so taking a photograph and whacking it on my site takes minimal effort...so Miss Consumer, you may see an update today! :)

I see an update! What a wonderful Thanksgiving day treat!

I'm glad this thread guilted some folks into updating their galleries (myself included!)

I suspect you have tons of lovely cels waiting to be updated, you're just taunting us all. :P

Mail me your cels and I'll scan them for you (be sure to include those Nokoru ending cels  ).

Okay, after checking through my stuff last night, I actually have seven to scan, and a lot more to update. Plus, I've got well over fifty that I need to get new cel bags for.

Oh about 25 or 30 cels to scan.

Most are scene cuts so I need to do some "re-animation" to them. I don't think I'll get around until after the first of the year.
After reading this post I don't feel so bad about falling behind, seems I'm in good company. :)

Just this last week I finished scanning in 68 cels, but I have notcied some I skipped over. ~_~ I still need to finish uploading cels.

So right now I have 5 cels that need to be scanned in
44 pages of a setti set..
and some sailor moon copies(something like that)... maybe about 30ish of those. but the SM copies and the setti set will wait... I may never scan them in. haha

Normally I don't have a pile, but since I have no more room in any of my cel books I have been letting things pile up on the scanner. Some are things for sale, some are items I plan on keeping for a long time. Total, I probably have about 10 cels. Of course, when my next SMJ and Rinkya packages arrive, I'll have about 20 more cels and sketch sets to scan!

I only have 4 cels I need to scan, but another 10 are on the way (plus a couple sketches).

I do have around a dozen settei sets I should scan one day, along with a stack about half a foot high of Kyou Kara Maou backgrounds, and an even larger pile of misc backgrounds. X|
