Cutest thing I've ever read -- Christmas cheer?

Parts of this brought tears to my eyes because they're beautiful. Parts had me in stitches. Only kids can think like this :)

First entry on this page (ignore the snide lead-in comments and just go to the "Explanation of God" part)

My own religious beliefs are a little... weird. (Surprised? yes?)

But the part that just GOT me was
But he was good and kind, like his father, and he told his father that they didn't know what they were doing and to forgive them and God said O.K.
Wow.

That about wraps it up in a nutshell, dun't it. :)

(course... the following line totally broke me up. ... His dad told him he didn't have to go out on the road anymore... :P Only a kid...)

"God's second most important job is listening to prayers. An awful lot of this goes on, since some people, like preachers and things, pray at times besides bedtime. God doesn't have time to listen to the radio or TV becaus e of this. Because he hears everything, there must be a terrible lot of noise in his ears, unless he has thought of a way to turn it off."
Doesn't it sound like he got this part from Bruce Almighty? LOL

It sounds like this little kid really listens in church...honestly I have heard (in more "adult" terms) all of the same concepts he was talking about. It is really sweet that this little boy can understand what they are saying and relate it in his own world. He must have a very caring set of parents!

*All warm and fuzzy inside*

All great discoveries are made by mistake-the laws of murphy

Then the Dean repeated the mantra that has had such a marked effect on the progress of knowledge through the ages.
'Why don't we just mix up absolutely everything and see what happens?' he said.
And Ridcully responded with the traditional response. "It's got to be worth a try,' he said

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
